We will know our preferences, values and true needs, thus breaking free from the shackles of the outside world and living out our true selves. Remember, the road to freedom begins with listening to the voice of your body.

In the past, my answer was:"Not at the beginning, and not now either. I don't think daily practice should be a goal. Once you turn it into a goal, it’s no longer very ‘mindful’."
